Olive Young Sale 2026

Olive Young's big sale (올영세일) runs four times a year for 7 days, and all three 2026 editions so far started on a Sunday. The December edition was not announced as of Oct 28 (it ran Nov 30 – Dec 6 in 2025).

Each edition puts about 30,000 items on sale from 1,500+ brands (Olive Young). Black Friday in early November is a separate event; there are also member days on the 25th–27th of every month and a daily online deal (오특).

2026 dates

March, June and September dates come from Olive Young's announcements reported in the press; "Expected" rows show last year's dates and are updated once announced.

How the sales work

• Season sale (올영세일): Olive Young says it runs every March, June, September and December as the seasons change, one week each, with about 30,000 items and 1,500+ brands.
• Black Friday: separate from the season sale. Nov 1–7 in 2025, with 776 brands and 6,589 items on special price, up to 60% off, and limited random coupons at midnight and 6 pm each day.
• Olive Young Pick: each month Olive Young picks a few brands for a month of discounts, sets or gifts.
• Member days (Olive Day): the 25th–27th of every month, with coupons for each of five membership tiers; of little use without a Korean member account.
• 오특 (deal of the day): a new batch of items each day, one day only, online and in the app only.

Using it as a tourist

• During the season sale, stores and the online mall cut prices at the same time; in store you simply pay the shelf sale price.
• Show your passport at the till for an instant tax refund over the minimum spend.
• Member coupons, member-day coupons and the daily online deal need a Korean account, so visitors mainly get the shelf price.
• Olive Young and the tax-refund company GTF found that foreign visitors who came for both the March and June 2026 season sales were 11 times as many as three years earlier; during the June sale, foreign sales at stores outside the Seoul metropolitan area rose 72% year on year.
